Interior Watch Services*

• Check heating and cooling system settings and ensure proper temperature settings
• Check for plumbing leaks
• Check electric panel and re-set any breakers
• Check refrigerators/freezers for proper cooling
• Flush toilets, run dishwasher, washing machine and garbage disposal to prevent seals and gaskets from drying out.
• Check Alarm systems for proper functioning

Exterior Watch Services*

• Removing newspapers, flyers, packages from lawn or front door area
• Verify lawn maintenance service
• Empty mailbox and forward mail if requested (postage paid by customer)
• Check for broken windows and/or any intrusion from forced entry
• Check for any vandalism
• Check exterior of home for any drainage issues or water intrusion
• Check outside lighting for proper functioning
• Check hose bibs/spigots for proper functioning

Pre-Storm Damage Services*

• Secure all exterior items including furniture
• Close all hurricane shutters

Post Storm Damage Assessment*

• Exterior damage to roofing, windows or any exterior component of the home
• Check for flooding
• Open hurricane shutters
• Electric is on and functioning properly and re-set any breakers
• Check heating & cooling systems and ensure proper temperature settings
